I’m Rachel Ferran, a beauty professional, mom & wife with over 18 years experince in the industry, including 14 years as a business owner & dedicated brow expert. My career began in the makeup world, where I was fortunate to become an award-winning artist and a recognised name within Northern Ireland’s beauty industry. That early success opened the door to incredible opportunities, allowing me to work with some of the world’s leading beauty brands which provided me with invaluable knowledge and experience that has carried me through the years allowing me to stay ahead of the game.
Fourteen years ago, I developed the MASTERBROW+ technique — a treatment rooted in precision and designed to deliver exceptional, consistent results. Since then, I have treated thousands of clients and trained hundreds of students in this method, a technique that remains highly regarded and widely used today.
My passion for detail naturally led me into the world of semi-permanent makeup, where I truly began to flourish.

I love breaking down complex ideas into moments of clarity and watching confidence grow as understanding clicks into place. For me, the real joy of teaching comes from connecting with people, meeting them where they are, and helping them realize they’re capable of far more than they thought.
